Agile Coah

We have W2 Contract position as Agile Coach with one of my direct client in Culver City, CA.Job Location: Culver City, CA

• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams
• Lead, arrange and facilitate all Workday scrum ceremonies including Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Grooming, and Sprint & Release planning
• Coach team members and organization to use Agile practices and values
• Facilitate internal communication (discussions, decision making and conflict resolution) and foster effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum and other agile practices in the organization.

• Experience in a similar role, working in fast-paced, sophisticated environments, delivering business critical projects
• Knowledge with the Human Resources business domain and Workday (or similar HCM)
• Previous experience working in a global environment, with colleagues in different time zones
• Understanding and experience with different agile delivery styles & methodologies.
• Without needing to be a technical specialist, the ability to work comfortably in a technology and data team.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a scrum master role
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and principles
• Familiarity with software development
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Preferred: Experience using Jira
• Preferred: Experience using Smartsheets
