Position: Airbnb Cleaner / Turnover Specialist

Type: Part-time / As needed

Location: Three Rivers, CA

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated cleaner to handle Airbnb turnovers between guest stays. The ideal candidate has experience with short-term rentals or hotel-style cleaning and understands the importance of fast, high-quality turnover work.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all rooms after guest checkout

Make beds with fresh linens

Wash, dry, and fold laundry

Replenish guest essentials (toiletries, paper goods, coffee, etc.)

Empty trash and restock supplies

Light staging to ensure the property is guest-ready

Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly

Follow a detailed cleaning checklist

Complete turnovers within the required time window

Send photos after each clean (optional but preferred)

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience (Airbnb or hotel cleaning a plus)

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Flexible availability (especially weekends and midday turnovers)

Ability to communicate quickly via text
