We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bridal & Evening Gown Consultant to join our team and provide outstanding service to our clients.

Job Description: As a Bridal & Evening Gown Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to brides, bridesmaids, and customers looking for evening or formal gowns. You’ll assist in finding the perfect gown, providing personalized styling advice, and ensuring that every customer feels confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the process of selecting bridal, evening, and formal gowns.

Offer expert styling advice tailored to each client’s preferences, body shape, and event requirements.

Assist with fittings, alterations, and providing guidance on dress care and maintenance.

Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere for all clients.

Ensure all gowns and accessories are well-maintained, displayed beautifully, and organized.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in bridal and evening fashion, ensuring you can offer informed recommendations.

Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Handle sales transactions, including the processing of deposits and final payments for gown purchases.

Assist with general store operations, including inventory management and store cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Experience in retail, customer service, or the fashion industry.

Passion for fashion, particularly bridal and evening wear.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work mornings, including and every weekend.

A professional, positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
