Come join the new Strategic Insights team within Surgical, and apply your strong analytical skills to driving meaningful insights for senior leadership! Identify, utilize and manage multiple data sources (internal and external) to gain meaningful insights in procedural / customer / business trends to inform leadership decision making. Assess data sources in order to support business decision making.Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, cleanse, and organize disparate data sources. Build custom quantitative models in collaboration with team members Interpret results of quantitative models, identify trends and issues Contribute to the execution of complex sales and marketing related projects Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy Create portions of processes and procedures for sales and marketing Other incidental dutiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree 3 years experience of previous related experience required Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite including strong proficiency on business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Python) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to analytics Solid understanding of quantitative methodologies, techniques and tools Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, representing the organization on specific projects, and vendors/suppliers Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within healthcare PreferredEdwards is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer including protected Veterans and individuals with disabilities.Edwards is committed to complying with the requirements and guidance from our government authorities and to protecting our vulnerable patients and the healthcare providers who are treating them around the world.
