ResponsibilitiesAs a Consultant in Enquero’s Connected Planning unit, you will analyze business processes, pain points, as-is system functionalities to provide recommendations on addressing business challenges. You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate, and provide suggestions toimprove existingsystem capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. You are expected toanalyzeandrecommend commercially available softwareand/or open source technologysolutions based on business need.You are expected to developadeep understanding of the functional processes and underlying technology options.Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.- Work with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to improve, define and manage new business processesand help developoveralltechnologysolution design.
- Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.
- Assess existing processes and make improvement recommendations based on customer experience, cycle time and risk/reward analysis.
- Assess and define business problems, identify options, assemble, and analyze relevant supporting data, and shape recommendations for management approval
- Coordinate meetings with subject matter experts, document and distribute meeting minutes/process, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Embrace new technologies and document the process and trainteammembers.Work with varioustools and technologiesto achieve desired functionality.Supportteams through all phases of the project including knowledge transition phase.
- Establish, adopt, communicate, and enforce industry standards, principles and practices.
- Be an individual contributor on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of a Senior/Lead Consultant, to develop work product and lead specific project initiatives.
- Contributing to your BU/Practice by
- Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
- Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
- Actively participate in organizationlevel activities and events related to learning, formal training, special projects as assigned.
- A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of planning and analytics practices, specifically, in Supply chain or Finance planning or Sales operations
- Expert in implementing best practices and standards as defined by Master Anaplanner
- Experience with widely used planning and analytics applications such as Hyperion or SAP BPC or Cognos TM1.
- Deep Anaplan expertise with complex Anaplan model building.
- Coaches and develops other members of the COE.
- Defines Anaplan solution designs and best practices.
- Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, and developing an approach to interacting with the situation
- Owns configuration and maintenance of centralized models and Data Hub.
- Scopes and estimates effort for new model requests.
- Reviews federated models.
- Builds lists, modules, and dashboards supporting business processes.
- Point of contact for end user questions and feedback.
- Serves as second level of support for defect resolution.

- Participate in data integration and migration solutions
- Lead UAT testing and deployment
- Lead a team of 5-15 members and manage the deliveries on time
- Overall experience should be more than 10+years and prior any planning and analytics applications such as Hyperion or SAP BPC or Cognos TM1
- Expert Solution Architect, implement best practices and standards as defined by Master Anaplanner
- Anaplan configuration expertise with 2+years complex Anaplan model building experience
- Functional and business-facing communication skills
- Expert EPM Solution Architect (not limited to Anaplan)
- Platform and Connected Planning evangelist
- Proven ability to connect business requirements to technical solution design
- Strong communication skills.
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modelling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of data/integration both inbound as well as outbound with customer source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.).
- Experience with standard connectors like MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Anaplan APIs highly desired.
