Answering Service Operator Wanted!

We are looking to for an individual who has an open availability to work all shifts, we really need a few people available between 12p - 11pm(not work this whole time period, but be available).

You MUST have an open availability to participate in our training class listed below. After training class you will work any time during the day with no set schedule, however you will work the same general shift each days. Your days off will alternate depending on the week.

1. What we do

TAB AnswerNetwork is a telephone answering service to businesses and professionals. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our clients and their callers. We never close for any reason.

2. What we look for in an applicant

It is our goal to provide the very best messaging service to each of our clients. Therefore, we look for the following qualities in our applicants:

a. upbeat, positive attitude

b. the ability to communicate well in person and on the phone

c. a strong work ethic and desire to work

d. the ability to get along with others and work as a team

e. the composure to work under occasional pressure

3. Job Requirements

a. Type a minimum of 25 words per minute

b. Have a pleasant speaking voice

c. Speak English fluently Bilingual is a plus!

d. Possess basic Internet skills

e. Have excellent spelling and grammar skills

f. Work a variety of shifts morning, afternoon & evening

g. Work weekends & holidays on a rotating basis

h. Attend a training class

Monday through Friday

10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

for at least the first three weeks of employment
