Apartment Maintenance Position

Apartment Maintenance Technician for over 200 units in North Orange County. Work in a team environment. The job entails:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas and property grounds

- Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of property grounds, including trash pickup, pressure washing, and seasonal upkeep

- Ensure all tools, supplies and equipment are safely and properly used and stored

- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and staff
