Candidates must be comfortable working in the Los Angeles Skid Row Community. We are seeking dedicated and experienced on-site Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our affordable housing properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to navigate Fair Housing regulations. This position includes a free unit.
