In this role, you will: - Develop, test, and implement scripts and jobs, adhering to standards and best practices
- Manage the scheduling, orchestration, and promotion of batch jobs aligned with change management services
- Support and maintain the Tidal Workload Automation (formerly known as Tidal Enterprise Scheduler) environments
- Perform triaging and resolution of L1 support tasks and escalation to appropriate L2/L3 teams according to priority and impact
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide support and guidance to users for best practices and product features
- Produce / develop reports for metrics and trend analysis
- Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks to ensure environment stability
- Implement continuous service improvement focusing on automation
- Tune and tweak job catalogs for improved performance
- Improve the reliability and utilization of systems and applications
- Monitor software configuration changes to anticipate and address the impact of data reliability and customer satisfaction issues
