Title: Application Developer - .Net

Location: Torrance, CA -

Hybrid Role

Duration: 12+ Months Contract (long-term project)

Pay Rate: $65/Hour)

Job Description:
  • Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
  • Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
  • Recording work progress on a weekly basis
  • Documentation
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
  • Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
  • Project Management skills
  • E-commerce integration skills
  • Adobe Photoshop skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL
  • Working experience with Content Management Systems

Academic/Experience/Competency
  • B.S. Computer Science or Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2000 or 2005, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
  • Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
  • Ability to construct user guides and documentation
  • Project Management skills

Tasks completed on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis, project assigned

Support .Net Automobile applications - Dealer Allocation, Automobile Product Master, Product delivery Logistics and Vehicle Tracking
  • Support short term and long term .Net enhancements for Automobile Logistics and Sales applications
  • Support day-to-day operations of the above applications, as needed
  • Provide innovative, fast solution and triage for emergency business user requests
  • Provide consultation on midrange applications maintenance and upkeep

Knowledge, skills, abilities, traits, certifications, years of experience, to successfully perform job function
  • Full stack developer with strong technical skills, Good understanding of Application Architecture & Design Patterns, Database Design and Programming
  • .Net Framework 4.5 or higher, .Net Core 2.1 or higher
  • MS SQL Server 2014 or higher, MS SQL Server Jobs, nHibernate,
  • Javascript, Angular 7 or higher ASP.Net Telerik UI Controls, Kendo UI for Angular Components
  • WCF Services, Web APIs
  • Swift delivery/deployment while adhering to IT processes
  • Decision making algorithms using Mathematics is a strong plus
  • Automobile supply chain exposure is a plus
