APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - Direct-Hire/FTE - El Monte, CA. This role is responsible for:
- Technical support of the bank's applications, which includes upgrades, enhancements, and other tasks as assigned;
- Partnering with the business unit and IT teams to ensure prompt resolution to any production issues;
- Documenting all resolution steps for reference knowledgebase;
- Assisting with monitoring systems and processes to ensure maximum application uptime;
- Vulnerability remediation for assigned systems;
- Testing of disaster recovery solutions;
- Ensuring all audit, SOX, and compliance items are addressed in a timely manner; and
- Cross-training teammates to provide multiple levels of support for the application.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing and supporting web-based application (required).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in implementing and supporting banking systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with two latest versions of Windows Server.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with two latest versions of SQL server.
- Minimum 1 year experience with basic vulnerability remediation.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
