Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob DescriptionThis will be a design-heavy role. You will take over as design lead for projects in the pipeline, managing them through the full scope and ensuring accuracy. Speed has a high level of importance in this role. Job includes: - Doing framework planning - Real estate construction and design - Sharing a wide scope of knowledge with the existing team; open to new ideas and techniques - Engaging in framework planning and strategy discussions with leadership The bulk of the work focuses on sustainability within framework design. The workload includes a variety of projects in healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and real estate sectors.Hard Skills
All design phases within Revit; at least 15 years of experience handling projects through all phases
Managing construction teams and general contractors through the construction phase
Real estate knowledge for planning, spacing, and client interaction
Understanding of framework design flow
Soft Skills
Ability to share knowledge and collaborate with the team
Open to new ideas and techniques
Strong leadership and project management skills
