Job Title: Assembler/Shipping AssistantJob DescriptionJoin our team as a full-time Assembler/Shipping Assistant, where you will be responsible for various manufacturing, shipping, and warehouse support duties. Your role will involve assembling irrigation controllers that help customers conserve water. In addition to assembly, you will handle product testing, packaging, and facilitating shipping and receiving. This position includes a Monday to Friday schedule, with voluntary overtime and weekend shifts available.Hard Skills

Experience in assembly or warehousing

Mechanical inclination and basic hand tool usage

Basic math skills

Basic PC knowledge for data entry and label making

Ability to lift 25-40 lbs.

Valid CA Driver's license

Forklift operation (willing to get certified)

Attendance and reliability

Ability to learn and grow within the team

Effective communication in English

Ability to adapt to daily tasks and collaborate with team members

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1040 Hour(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Petaluma, California.Work EnvironmentOur work environment includes a structured team setting where you will spend about 80% of your time assembling and 20% handling shipping tasks. The environment is mostly air-conditioned, with occasional work in non-AC spaces.
