Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a file clerk in San Rafael, California Responsibilities:

Create and maintain an organized, efficient filing system

Retrieve and distribute files as needed by staff

Operate and maintain office equipment likes scanners and photocopier

Update and manage digital databases

Process requests for information and access records

Prepare records for archiving

Review files for completeness and accuracy

Document and correct filing errors

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a file clerk or similar position within an office setting

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems

Basic understanding of filing systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent
