Assembly Technician

Precision Assembly: You’ll be responsible for soldering batteries together, performing through-hole soldering on PCBs, and welding battery tabs. Your attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Measurement and Documentation: You’ll use your technical skills to take voltage measurements, document assembly processes, and maintain accurate records. Your meticulous approach will contribute to our success.

Adhesive Application and Alignment: You’ll apply adhesives, align components manually, and ensure precise placement. Your steady hands and eye for detail will make a difference.

Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our team to transfer new products or design changes to the assembly line. Effective communication is key as you collaborate with engineers and other technicians.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Through-hole soldering of PCBs

Tab welding to join battery cells (using ultrasonic welding or micro welding)

Soldering to connect batteries

Good eye-hand coordination

Attention to detail

Effective communication

Work Schedule: Day shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Location: Fully on-site in Redwood City, California
