- Support Expert Analysts screen incoming reports for differential analysis and alert-able aviation hazards
- Assist in de-identification of reports to assure reporter anonymity
- Selection of topical and timely reports for us in ASRS’s CALLBACK publication
- Assist in Quick-Response efforts as required.
- Assist in reviewing taxonomy gaps, draft communications, draft quarterly presentations / charts as required
- Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation required to obtain NASA badge
- Ability to work remotely or in an office as required.
- Must be able to locally commute to work location in Sunnyvale, CA.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot
- B.S. degree or enrolled in a collegiate program and/or technical program of study
- Broad knowledge of Aviation industry (Unmanned Aircraft Systems / Manned Aircraft)
- Broad knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, maintenance regulations, and FAA Controller Policy.
