Assistant Controller

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Controller to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, supervising a team, and collaborating with our operations in different locations. This role is integral to our business operations within the electronics refurbishment industry.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Supervise a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Handle cash management and reporting for diverse operations. Maintain stringent inventory controls and conduct comprehensive financial analysis for supply chain and manufacturing operations. Collaborate with teams across borders to ensure smooth financial operations. Act as a key collaborator with the Controller, aiding in decision-making processes. Utilize advanced Excel skills for various accounting tasks. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to facilitate cross-border operations. Implement and maintain billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in all accounting functions. Leverage knowledge of electronic manufacturing to enhance accounting processes.
