Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

What you will be doing:Assist in training the Food & Beverage Operations team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedStrategize on new products and service offeringsCreate unforgettable experiences for our guestsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food & Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotionsMonitor the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyMonitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profitsBalance operational, administrative and colleague needsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assignedSalary Range: $79,000-$105,000 USD Gross AnnuallyYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience requiredProven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholdersCommunicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skillsAbility to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance Visa Requirements:
