Assistant Manager/Maintenance

Mobile Home Park looking for an assistant manager with handyman/maintenance skills who can perform minor repairs and maintenance throughout the park for an hourly wage.

Experience required.

Some required expected skills:

Light Plumbing

Light Carpentry

Light Landscaping (lawn mowing, trimming, landscaping, weeding)

Pool maintenance/cleaning

Painting

Cleaning laundry room, clubhouse, pick up trash around the park

Must have your own transportation
