Akkodis is partnering with a biotech company focused on oncology. They are seeking an Associate Director, Identity & Access Management (Okta).

THE TERMS:
  • Full-time, direct hire
  • Hybrid work environment in/around Oakland, CA
  • $150 - $230k with target bonus and RSUs
    • The Associate Director, Identity and Access Management is a cybersecurity leader within the IAM Team. This member will own all aspects of the access management service, from design to operational support to staffing.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 3 years of experience in architecting and implementing Okta
  • At least 10 years of related experience in implementing and managing IAM platform
  • Certifications preferred
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • Or other similar credentials
    • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the access management service, including workforce identity and customer IAM, which includes developing, implementing, and operations
  • Collaborate with business and functional partners to develop access and governance framework based on the least privilege and zero trust security model with good user experience in mind
  • Contribute to the overall information security vision and strategy
