Job Description Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director PMO/Program Manager to join our team to step in and serve as the stabilizing force for our large-scale Infrastructure PMO. This isn't a role for a "box-checker." We need a strategic architect who can command a room of stakeholders, mentor a diverse team of project controls professionals, and ensure our massive infrastructure investments translate into flawless execution.If you have the technical mastery to dissect a critical path schedule and the emotional intelligence to navigate complex client environments, you’re the leader we’re looking for. Responsibilities:   1. Program Stewardship & Governance● Consistency Lead: Establish and enforce the "Gold Standard" for project controls. You will drive the standardization of delivery across the entire portfolio to ensure a single, undisputed "version of the truth."● Quality Assurance: Serve as the final line of defense for data integrity. You will provide rigorous QA/QC over schedules, cost forecasting, and risk reporting to ensure executive-level confidence.● Resource Mentorship: Act as the direct steward for our project controls personnel. You’ll identify skill gaps, provide hands-on training, and foster a high-performance culture that values precision and accountability.2. Strategic Problem Solving● Performance Recovery: You won’t just report on delays; you will fix them. You’ll proactively identify delivery bottlenecks and architect the recovery plans needed to get lagging programs back on track.● Contingency & Escalation: Design and execute a robust escalation management strategy. You’ll ensure risks are mitigated at the floor level, while knowing exactly when and how to elevate critical issues to senior leadership.3. Continuous Improvement & Integration● Process Roll-out: Lead the seamless integration of new procedures and digital PMO tools into the existing infrastructure workflow, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.● Innovation Mandate: Constantly challenge the status quo. You will refine existing methodologies to increase reporting accuracy and shave inefficiencies off the program lifecycle.
