• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience OR 8 years with a Master's degree
• Licensed CPA
• Strong technical accounting skills

• SEC reporting experience
• Big 4 experience (strongly preferred)
• Analytic ability to identify problems and arrive at practical solutions
• Large ERP Software experience
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task, and is a team player
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills
