Together, these groups shape our team culture - with an emphasis on inclusion and diversity.About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual who is excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business that is driving innovation in the industry and growth for BlackRock. In this role you will assist with product lifecycle management, including the execution of product launches and changes, while delivering robust product oversight and client service. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with groups across the firm including, Distribution, Investments, Global Product Group, Legal & Compliance, and Business Operations while developing knowledge of our entire investment platform. Similarly, s/he will partner closely with the broader Retirement Group on various strategic projects to move new products forward, enhance business processes and mitigate risk.Responsibilities:

Managing product lifecycle events relating to Collective Investment Funds and Mutual Funds offered to DC plans.

Producing and maintaining product collateral and information for internal and external use within the sales cycle.

Structuring presentation materials for new business opportunities or product evolution proposals.

Collaborating with the Retirement Group's partners on change management projects.

Fielding and accommodating day-to-day requests regarding existing strategies.

Developing strong internal relationships to ensure maximum leverage of firm-wide resources.

Participating in broader Product Management initiatives

Qualifications:

Strong project management problem-solving and planning skills.

Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects and initiatives.

1 - 3 years of investment, or Defined Contribution, related experience is a plus.

Knowledge of, or interest in learning about, the defined contribution industry trends, regulation, and operations.

High level of self-motivation and flexibility, with a strong integrity & ethics.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize key issues.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency working in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

An undergraduate degree is required.

Series 7 and Series 66 (within 6 months of start date).

For California and New York City only the salary range for this position is $109,250 - $130,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
