In this role you willhelp with developing and executing marketing programs to accelerate global growth, drive market and mind share through launch planning and execution, commercial strategy development, portfolio management and day-to-day engagement with our regions. You will also be asked to help develop an annual and quarterly plan with clear strategies and tactics to achieve the business goals and will meet frequently with the regional team either in-person or over virtually to drive day to day activities, achieve business objectives and annual and quarterly revenue targets.We value what makes you unique. Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.A Day in the LifePartner with Senior Product Marketers to create and drive novel strategies and tactics across three major therapiesAct as key commercial liaison between the business unit and geography marketing partners, building relationships internally, across functions at the regional and SBU level and externally, with key customers and physician partners.Act as the SBU region subject matter expert, leveraging knowledge to support customer engagement, cross-functional decision making and broad-based peripheral business strategy.Partner with regions to achieve global and local aortic objectives, such as but not limited to revenue, portfolio strategy and program execution.Responsible for planning, initiating, monitoring, tracking regional marketing projects and process improvement initiatives and facilitating successful, on-time and within budget execution. Initiatives will includePartnering with product managers and marcom to create, deliver and track social/digital strategy and tactics aligned to product strategy

Developing and executing key product launches, designing and implementing comprehensive product marketing plans, managing current and future product portfolio

Leading strategic activities such as business plans, competitive plan development, pricing analysis, sales/revenue forecasting, analysis of distribution/channel issues, and inventory management.

Assist in business analytics/create business dashboards and other metrics required to support team operations and plan development. Develop and leverage strong understanding of the regional market to conceive, design, and execute analyses to accelerate decision making.Interact and work closely with regional team and cross-functional departments to ensure marketing programs achieve regions short and long-term goals while remaining consistent with aortics overall mission.Directs day to day activities by managing project plans, status reporting, resolving issues, identifying project risks and accountabilities for deliverables across region and strategic business unit (SBU) organizations.Ability to travel 20 30%Must Have:Bachelor degree2+ years experience in a marketing, sales or customer facing roleProject management experienceNice to Have:Product launch experience in medical device, pharma or healthcareGlobal or in-region marketing or commercial experienceGlobal cross functional experience helpfulStrong cultural awareness and sensitivityAbility to think long term while driving impact in short to mid-termAbility to take disparate data points and weave clear conclusions / strategiesStrong in setting strategy, creating tactical roadmaps and driving executionAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
