Responsibilities:

Serves as primary liaison for Associates and Associate Service Center Representatives on behalf of The Benefits Service Center, Payroll Services, or other Departments.

Handle complex scenarios with Associates by providing detailed information on company policies, performing system searches regarding MyOracle Access, or instruction on specialized system functions and access.

Support Tier I Agents by providing solutions, interpretations, and guidance related to specific Department questions and concerns for The Benefits Service Center, Payroll Services, or other Departments.

Handle all Tier I call as needed based on call volume.

Work with Subject Matter Experts or HR Centers of Excellence (Tier II or III) to resolve challenging inquiries involving direct contact with other Departments.

Create, develop, and maintain training and referential documentation for emerging trends in Associate experience.

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experiencerequired

2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll

2+ years of customer service experience

2+ year of working in an HR Service Center

Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on teamwork and collaboration

Excellent customer service orientation;Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills

Participate in administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Minimum QualificationsThe following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceField of Study/Area of Experience:

2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll

2+ years of customer service experience

2+ year of working in an HR Service Center
