Associate Technical Solutions Engineer

This role will be based in our Headquarters office in Santa Clara, CA. Your CareerJoin the Reference Architecture and Accelerations team at Palo Alto Networks as an Associate Technical Solutions Engineer. In this role, you’ll create and maintain scalable virtual labs and content that bring complex cybersecurity technologies to life. These labs help evangelize, differentiate, and position our products for a range of audiences—prospects, customers, and partners.You’ll also support the day-to-day operations of lab services to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience. If you love to tinker, enjoy learning new tools, and can make technical concepts easy to grasp, this role is for you.Your ImpactBuild, maintain, and enhance virtual labs that demonstrate Palo Alto Networks’ cybersecurity solutions.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate features into engaging, hands-on experiences.Ensure labs are current with the latest product features and releases.Troubleshoot lab issues and support both internal and external users.Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and lab guides.Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve lab environments.Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and participate in ongoing technical development.
