Handle a diverse caseload of labor and employment matters, demonstrating your expertise in litigation.

Draft essential legal documents, including discovery requests and responsive pleadings.

Provide strategic counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues both in-person and remotely to achieve legal objectives.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active and in good standing membership with the California State Bar.

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.

Proven ability to draft discovery requests and responsive pleadings.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
