Attorney/Lawyer

Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a boutique law firm in Irvine looking for a full time Associate Attorney. The firm has 4 attorneys and their main focus is to find someone to handle their business/commercial litigation practice. This is truly a family oriented environment where the partners care about their employees. They are open to any type of background (Plaintiff or Defense) as long as you have litigation experience. The role will be onsite to start with remote flexibility once all trained up. Billables are very manageable at 1800 and they offer quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities:

Business/Commercial Litigation

Preparing pleadings/motions and making court appearances

Drafting and responding to discovery, including depositions

Trail preparation

Legal research through Westlaw/Lexis

Requirements

Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active member of the State Bar Association

Interest in the field of law, commercial/business litigation

Strong oral and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and court officials

Capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
