Attorney/Lawyer

Description Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the litigation team to develop and implement trial strategies.

Prepare and review trial documents, including pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefs.

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.

Manage discovery processes, including depositions, document reviews, and responses.

Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for trial.

Assist with witness preparation and coordinate expert witnesses.

Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active bar membership in [Insert State].

A minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate and/or commercial litigation.

Demonstrated expertise in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
