Role: Audio Visual (AV)

Technician Duration: 11+ Months

Duration: 333 Lakeside Drive, Foster City, CA 94404 (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Primary Skills
  • Experience with audio-visual conference room equipment required
  • 3+ years of experience supporting corporate AV environments
  • 3+ years of experience supporting any Video Conferencing endpoints such as Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, ZOOM etc
  • Knowledge of AV hardware such as Polycom, Creston, Logitech, ZOOM native Audio DSP etc.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues involving the performance and status of audio-visual equipment including AV rack equipment, controllers, speakers, projectors, Microphones etc.
  • Responds to requests and reports escalated for immediate assistance and service fulfillment
  • Set up, test, operate, tear down and troubleshoot A/V systems
