Audit Senior (Hybrid)

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Senior Accountant for a CPA firm based in Palmdale, California. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing workpapers, performing walkthroughs, preparing financial statements, bookkeeping, and reviewing work of staff while also building and maintaining client relationships. You will also be able to work from home 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities Utilize accounting software systems for efficient work process Develop and implement audit programs as necessary Conduct regular audit engagements and audit plans Utilize CaseWare software for auditing purposes Perform other accounting functions as required by the role.Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with Audit Program Familiarity with CaseWare, CCH Sales Tax, and CobiT Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions Experience in managing Audit Engagements Expertise in Auditing Demonstrated ability in creating and executing Audit Plans Previous experience as an Audit Senior is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
