• Collaborate with customers and product teams to strategize & align long-term solutions for test automation including roadmap, tools, and design.
• Understand the customer requirements, the current state of test automation and define the vision of the future with Test Automation frameworks.
• Provide hands-on expertise to assist customers in implementing and solutioning automation needs.
• Identify gaps and efficiencies from a technical and functional perspective and be the evangelist for both external customers and internal engineering teams.

• 10-15 years’ experience in automation testing as a subject matter expert.
• Must have experience with design and leading testing projects from end to end.
• Leading automation testing practices including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives.
• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework and method to project teams.
• Test automation experience in Agile Development/DevOps methodologies and environments.
• Experience in implementing various test automation solutions for applications and devices including Selenium, Appium, Espresso, Earlgrey, Cucumber, Postman, LoadRunner.
• Experience in programming languages - Python, Java, Objective-C, Javascript, Typescript.
• Consulting based approach for automation needs, Coach and advise testers.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Fluet English Communication is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across the US and other countries.

• Triages test failures and determine if the failed test is the result of a bug or an issue with the test script or test data.
• Good understanding of testing across different device types and operating systems such as Windows, OSX, iOS, tvOS, Android, Roku, FireTV, Xbox, Playstation, Tizen, and WebOS.
• Business Acquisition support
• Demonstrated experience with Jenkins, GitLab or GitHub, DevOps practices, K8s, Docker, AWS/Google Cloud Platform, etc, and Agile practices is a must.
• Working in Google Environment and Google Experience (Please share LDAP and highlight specific Google experience)
