Job Title: Automation Work Plans EngineerLocation: Vacaville, CADuration: 1 Year Hiring for an AE to disconnect and reconnect 200 instruments in the downstream area (buffer tanks, transmitter)Skill Sets:Change Owner – owning change records in Veeva VaultCandidate would also understand field wiring and loop testing documentation for all impacted instruments – generate automation plans, customize template for the changeInstrumentation – loop testing; design a loop in a field aspectProficient with MS Access 97 – know how to extract diagrams – attach to the test doc and gets pre-approvedExperienced/Trained with DocuSign/Sharepoint – paperless environmentDomain – Biotech/Pharma not a requirement but will be helpful – knowledgeable with FDADescription:Candidate would be familiar with owning change records, either in Trackwise or Veeva Vault.Candidate would also understand field wiring and loop testing documentation for all impacted instruments, as well as using MS Access 97 database, in order to generate loop diagrams from said database. Candidate would be responsible for drafting AWP (Automation Work Plans) associated with change record, working with the testers to ensure testing completion, summarizing the testing and working with Quality to release the changes, and then assist in closing AWPs and change record.Design: AWP / ADR / ETM Creation Control layer (I&E) doc generationTest: Control layer (I&E) testingDeployment: ETM Summary creationClosure: AWP Owner Review
