Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician (Master Technician) to join our growing team. This role requires a highly skilled technician who is motivated, dependable, and passionate about delivering quality work. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other major vehicle systems.

Identify system malfunctions accurately using scan tools, diagnostic software, and technical resources.

Complete thorough and efficient repairs on domestic and import vehicles, primarily late-model.

Focus on doing the job right—the first time—while keeping comebacks to a minimum.

Work independently and communicate clearly with service advisors for workflow efficiency.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Commit to ongoing training to stay current with evolving technologies and repair methods.

Required Qualifications

ASE Certified (Master Technician preferred)

Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician

Strong expertise in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair across all vehicle systems

Proficient with OEM and aftermarket scan tools and diagnostic equipment

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and pride in your work

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision

Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
