Job Responsibilities:Hands-on Architecture, Design, Development & Support of Software Products and SolutionsInteract with stakeholder(s) to understand and document the product feature(s).Provides level of effort (LOE) for the product backlog. Work with technical project managers and product management teams to define a scheduleIntegrate software product(s) with other systems, test interfaces, and manage version controlAssist in analysis & evaluation of new technologies to meet the demand for product roadmap and technology platform goalsHelp in evaluation and recommendation of appropriate technologies for product features and platformAdvocate and Follow best design and development practices adhering to Engineering standards.Participate in Design & Peer Code Review processProvides status reports and help with release management planningBreaking down the big features and user stories into granular components and development tasksPrioritizing and parallelizing the tasks in-hand and dealing with ad-hoc requests Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of professional software development experienceProfessional Experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining customer facing applications at scale in an innovative engineering environmentMinimum 4+ years Full-stack expertise in application design & development with java technologies with knowledge of Spring, JPA/Hibernate andStrong programming foundation with knowledge in Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.Strong API design, development, and utilization experienceHands-on experience in designing micro-services based applicationsExpertise in using RDBMS database technologies like Postgres or OracleHands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery using public clouds such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform and container technologies such as DockerExperience in designing and building large scale systems using scale-out architecture that requires high availability, performance, high scalability, and multi-tenancy
