Bakery assistant / kitchen assistant

Location: Simi Valley

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time (Dinner Shift)

We are looking for an assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team at our meal prep kitchen Ideal candidates should be skilled in various kitchen stations, including:

Knead Bread

Flip Tortillas

Use Oven

Clean up oven/ bakery machines

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Knowledge of dough kneading and ability to work efficiently across multiple stations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Must be available 7 to 6 pm with one hour lunch break.

Availability on Wednesday , Thursday and Sometimes Friday half day
