Operations Assistant – Bathroom Remodeling Business in Pacific Grove
We’re a small but growing bathroom remodeling company looking for the right person to help keep things running smoothly. This is a mix of office and field work — perfect for someone who’s organized, good with people, and not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
-Drafting bathroom layouts/plans
-Talking with customers and addressing needs
-Coordinating with contractors, subs, and laborers
-Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for reports, estimates, and scheduling
-Helping with jobsite checks and light plumbing/handyman tasks
-Keeping track of materials, schedules, and job progress
-There will be opportunities to make sales calls and earn commission at 5-10% of job total.
What we’re looking for:
-Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
-Some drafting or design experience (bathroom/kitchen/home remodel experience a big plus)
-Great communication and customer service skills
-Able to work with contractors and crews
-Basic plumbing/handyman knowledge
-Organized, reliable, and motivated
Pay: Flexible, based on experience.
Hours: 30-40 hrs/week (some flexibility depending on workload).
