- Develop automated test programs for mix-signal environmental sensor products on both standard semiconductor equipment and in-house built test systems using Python in a Windows environment.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on test program development, verification and validation.
- Work in close collaboration with engineering team members to ensure the test systems meet product test requirements.
- Perform test time reduction, yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Recommend changes required in testing equipment, test procedures or test methodologies to improve test quality and efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis, debug and lot dispositioning.
- Provide training and mentor production operations staff.
- Develop SW tools, libraries and new features to help with test automation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and have at least 5+ years industry experience.
- 5+ years’ experience programming with production ATEs (Teradyne) and or Python.
- Experience developing test programs, data collection and processing using scripting languages like Python.
- Experience with serial communication standards such as I2C, SWD, UART, USB protocols.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills including test programs, test hardware and test equipment.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills and the ability to proactively solve issues.
- Strong competency in statistical analysis, extracting, organizing, and manipulating data.
- Strong collaborative and team work attributes with good communication and documentation skills.
- Prefer test development experience with gas, MEMS or optical sensors.
