Duties include:

Processing rent payments

Reporting any rule infractions, building upkeep, maintenance requests, or tenant issues

Investigating and resolving any complaints made by tenants

Helping with the marketing of the building when required

Sorting through, verifying, and processing tenant applications

Coordinating with contractors for repairs and facility maintenance

Inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out days

Ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Position requires 2 or more years of office experience (property management experience preferred)

Proficiency and working knowledge of computers, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications (AppFolio, Yardi) preferred.

Effective communication and interaction with management team, co-workers, vendors and residents.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned duties.

Possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours and emergencies, as necessary.

Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities.
