Bench Scientist

Job Title: Bench Scientist Location: La Jolla, CA Pay rate: $35.00- $44.82 Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities

Responsible for human primary cell handling; a wide variety of basic molecular biology techniques with minimal supervision; basic phage display antibody library preparation and screening work ; lab work recording; and ordering lab supplies.

Requirements

M.S. degree in life sciences or related discipline with two or more years' directly relevant experience.

Hands on experience with molecular cloning, plasmid preparation, RNA isolation and other molecular biology techniques.
