Benefits Program Manager

Your CareerWe are looking for a Benefits Program Manager to join our Global Rewards Team. This individual will have a focus on U.S. programs and policies including health and welfare and retirement programs. This role will report to the Director, Americas Benefits. In this role, you will help us review, administer and evolve our benefits offering and employee experience.You will use your benefits expertise to manage programs and provide a world-class employee experience. You are a highly motivated individual who is looking to make a big impact on the lives of our employees. Your Impact General Program ManagementCreate and manage quarterly dashboard for program utilization tracking (including US and global programs)Manage perks vendors (Modern Health, Forma, Milk Stork and Cleo) Handle employee inquiries, including responding to questions, providing documentation to employees about policies and resolving benefit-related issues.Review benefits content on BenefitConnect, The Loop and Microsite 401(k) + Non-Qualified PlanManage the 401(k) and non-qualified plan including non-discrimination testing, annual audit, funding and other compliance updates. Manage Fidelity and SageView relationshipsFacilitate FLEXBenefits Student Loan Payments through Fidelity US Health and WelfareManage compliance tasks for US H&W plans including MA HIRD Reporting, RxDC, HSCO, PCORI, legal notices and 5500sReview and reconcile monthly billing from self-funded vendors
