Beverage Extraction Seasonal Supervisor 3rd Shift

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to achieve shift targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.Directly oversee, coach, and support production employees, providing feedback, training, and performance guidance.Maintain and enforce safety policies, conducting regular safety checks and engaging employees in safe work practices.Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements.Drive efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.Communicate clearly during shift handoffs, meetings, and daily production updates.Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.Support seasonal staffing needs including onboarding, training, and team integration.Promote a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented environment aligned with company values.Performs other duties over different shifts as required.
