Job SummaryMajor Areas of Responsibility OperationsCompletes projects in a timely and professional manner

Ensures that appropriate concessions materials are always available

Manages multiple projects concurrently

Provides ready assistance to concessions management to ensure all services exceed guest expectations

Manages the inventory & distribution of product efficiently

Takes initiative within all aspects of the position

Has strong attention to detail

Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing

Execute all security, safety, responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards

Acts with a sense of urgency

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and teammates

Partners with Levy, vendor and team to effectively coordinate areas of shared responsibility

Controls

Maintains service areas

Follow proper reconciliation procedures

Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and are ready for operation

Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities

Communicates guest issues to management

Completes daily paperwork in a timely and accurate manner

Effectively verify all opening and closing inventories of assigned spaces

Ensure assigned areas, opened and closed properly.

Follows and enforces responsible alcohol service policies

Assists in completion of required department reports in a timely manner

Job Requirements

English reading, writing, math and computer skills required

Must be able to stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs

Possible hazards include, but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains

Ability to experience and evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards

Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week

Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts

Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates

Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system

Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence

Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents

Education and Experience

1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role

1-2 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain or distribution logistics.
