Bilingual Marketing & Sales Manager for Medical Tourism Startup

Small medical tourism startup is in need of a highly motivated sales and marketing manager. This is a Transgender owned & operated business specializing in gender-affirming care as well as plastic surgery for the general public.

This position is being offered as a flexible part-time position leading to full time work. You will primarily be working from home (Adobe CS license and desktop sales phone provided) but will also have a satellite office in Hillcrest available for meetings with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders. Previous experience as a manager is not required but you will need to have the knowledge and skill set to manage a team (over time). True managers are born with an innate tendency to lead, it is not learned.

Compensation is negotiable which may include both a commission and pay with a large portion attributed to commissions. You will work directly with the CEO and her Executive Assistant.

Prerequisites

- Fluent in both written & spoken English

- Fluent in both written & spoken Spanish

- LGBTQ+ friendly with a positive attitude

- Detail oriented, punctual and communicative

- Previous related experience in print, web and social marketing and sales using organic and paid campaigns (SEO/SEM)

- Savvy using X, IG, TikTok, Discord, Youtube, etc.

- Willing to work on a 1099/contract status with a majority of compensation as commission based

- Available most days/evenings/weekends (position is flexible)

- Willing to sign non-Disclosure and non-Compete agreements

- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace apps, WordPress, WooCommerce and a CRM (we use Hubspot)
