Billing Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a diligent Billing Clerk in San Diego, California. This role will be based fully on-site and will play a crucial part in our accounting operations. The successful candidate will manage email billing, assist with time entry, and handle verification adjustments. This role will also involve using the Abacus software and dealing with civil litigation.Responsibilities: Manage email billing operations efficiently. Work collaboratively with the billing admin to ensure accurate time entry. Submit data for verification and adjustments. Utilize Abacus software for various accounting tasks. Handle aspects of civil litigation as required. Maintain an organized inbox and sent box to ensure smooth workflow. Address increased caseloads and ensure no delay in billing processes. Leverage skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, IBM AS/400, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites to perform tasks. Undertake all Accounting Functions, Billing Functions, and Claim Administration tasks as required. Provide exceptional customer service and handle Collection Processes.
