Blending and Granulation Operators- 2nd shift - (Gummy Company)

Immediate 2nd shift openings for Blending and Granulation Operators in the city of Orange.

Pay $20.00 an hour

2nd shift- 2p.m.-10:30p.m.

Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends if needed

Weighing and blending ingredients

Operate various blenders, including Hobart mixer, ribbon blender, twin shell blender, and Fitzmills, while adjusting speeds and screen sizes as needed.

Operate and manage process controls, including inlet and outlet temperatures, air flow, dust collection (Magnehelic), solution preparation, spray rates, and spray nozzle calibration, for fluidized bed granulators.

Cleanroom environment (wear hair net, gloves, gowns, face mask, steel toe shoes)

Standing the entire shift

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Basic math skills

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

High School Diploma or Certificate; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
