Yifang San Mateo Boba location is looking for part time and full time Baristas/Bobaristas and Shift Leaders to join our team for different shifts/schedules. We have competitive pay, flexible schedules and free Boba for all staff! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance to the recipes and customer needs

Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Follow health and safety guidelines and interact with customers regularly and professionally

Assist customers with ordering/questions

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Have a strong passion for this field/Proven work experience as a barista/bobarista

High integrity with a great work attendance record

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
