Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates.

Communicate repair details with customers and insurance companies.

Work with the team to ensure repairs are done on time and to the highest quality.

Manage insurance claims and adjuster communication.

Attendance is crucial to ensure smooth operations and timely repairs.

Qualifications:

Experience as an Estimator in an auto body shop.

Knowledge of estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

I-CAR certification is a plus.
