Bookkeeper

Description One of our clients in the Concord area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract opportunity.Contact Ade Henderson via LinkedIn for immediate consideration

Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports

Handle monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Reconcile company accounts to the general ledger.

Coordinate with tax accountant for income tax preparation and financial audits.

Assist in budget preparations and analysis.

Maintain company accounting procedures and processes.

Comply with all federal, state and local protocols including legal requirements, and interpret new and existing legislation.

Requirements

3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting and financial records.

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and accounting software.

Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
