Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Van Nuys, California. The role involves managing various aspects of accounts payable and receivable, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to possess the necessary skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities: Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and month-end close processes. Manage bank reconciliations and payroll processing. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and manage financial data entry. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting. Respond to customer inquiries regarding their account status. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial compliance regulations.
